Arrival and Departure
The apartments are available on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM and at your disposal on the day of departure until 9:00 AM.

Deposit
The reservation is confirmed as soon as the 30% deposit has been paid.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is retained.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 Italian Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation terms:
- If something unforeseen happens, you can cancel your reservation up to 3 months before arrival without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid (notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code Legislative Decree 206/2005).
As a special service and to save costs, we offer you the Roter Hahn cancellation protection.
